Rates

The daily rate (with a two-night minimum) based on double occupancy is $150 plus $10 for each additional person per night. The weekly rate is $850 and $50 for each additional person over two. There is a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 2 p.m. local time, and Check-out time is 11 a.m. local time.

Pets

Pets are not permitted (except ADA guide animals).

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Reservation deposit

A credit card will secure your reservation. Please use our toll-free number (1-800-806-7131). 

Cancellations

A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the reservation deposit of $150. Please note: Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.

Inclusive Fees

Rates include a weekly linen/towel setup (or as needed) and a once-weekly house cleaning timed by mutual agreement. 

Written Exceptions

Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
