Rates

The daily rate (with a two-night minimum) based on double occupancy is $150 plus $10 for each additional person per night. The weekly rate is $850 and $50 for each additional person over two.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is after 2 p.m. local time, and Check-out time is 11 a.m. local time.

Pets

Pets are not permitted (except ADA guide animals).

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Damage/reservation deposit

A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of requesting the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon your arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure provided the following provisions are met:

1. No damage is done to the cottage or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in appropriate containers.
2. All keys are returned and all charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

Payment

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required fourteen (14) days before your arrival date, with the balance due upon your arrival and check-in. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks payable to “The Inn at Lucky Mud.” Most major credit cards are also accepted.

Cancellations

A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the reservation deposit of $200. Please note: Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.

Inclusive Fees

Rates include a weekly linen/towel setup (or as needed) and a once-weekly house cleaning timed by mutual agreement. These amenity are included in the rental rate. Daily maid service is available at an additional rate.

Written Exceptions

Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
